   1.product overview

At present, the oily sewage, from the domestic food and beverage industry such as restaurants, canteens and kitchens, contains more debris, suspended solids, some even worse large amounts of silt, food remains, which are badly difficult to deal with.


There will be “gutter oil” if the oily sewage is directly discharged into the urban drainage pipeline without any treatment, which is harmful to the drainage equipments and urban sewage treatment plants. The oil concentration of mixed sewage discharged into the biological treatment structures is usually no more than 30~50mg/L, otherwise, it will directly affect the normal metabolism of activated sludge and biofilms.

6. Installation Notes

• When installation, the inlet of sewage water must be higher than inlet of device near slag insulation box. Ensure the entire equipment are in the same

horizontal line. The outlet of the device is connected to the sewer drainage pipe. The oil discharge valve of device is connected to a cans or oil basin by

hose.

• The water inlet has a slag-isolation basket, while the other end is outlet. It works once the inlet and outlet are connected. It must be fulled with fresh

water before the first time to use. Try to keep a flat water speed when installation for a better separation function.

•The heater of separator is operated when the oil condenses under low water temperature. (Cut off power in summer.)

• Regularly clean flag-isolation tank and oil-isolation tank to ensure flat smooth flow without odor and improve the function to insulate oil. Regularly

clean sediment and sludge inside tanks. Please turn off the power supply before cleaning and check whether the electric control work well. Fill with fresh

water after the cleaning.

• The partition and incline of the oil-water separator is flexible, which can be draw out when cleaning and maintenance. But pay attention to the correct

installation position.

•Installation of the buried oil-water separator shall dig a hole based on the selected models overall outer size. Connect inlet and outlet on both sides as

others. There must be enough space for the oil discharged barrel.
